Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Exterior door installed with out permits & inspections. FAIL 605.1 - Abatement of electrical hazards Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Exterior romex still not changed out to exterior lights. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Sanitary conditions of the unit. Transition strip needed between carpet and bathroom floor. Kitchen cabinets need drawers and drawer fronts installed and doors missing need replaced. FAIL R6.A. - Interior Structure- Unsafe Conditions Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Sanitary conditions. FAIL R6.B. - Residential Heating Are dwellings provided with heating facilities capable of maintaining a room temperature of 68F? (IPMC 602.2) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Baseboard heat in being shut off and not operation as installed. FAIL R6.C. - Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working condition?
