Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Doors and jambs need repaired. Door installed without permits & Inspections. FAIL 1104.13 - Stairway handrails Stairways shall have handrails on at least one side. Handrails shall be located so that all portions of the stairway width required for egress capacity are within 44 inches (1118 mm) of a handrail. Exception: Aisle stairs provided with a center handrail are not required to have additional handrails. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Handrails need repaired going to lower level. Guards need repaired on exterior areas. FAIL 605.1 - Abatement of electrical hazards Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Electric switch pulling out from wall in bathroom. Base board heaters need attention. FAIL 907.2.11 - Single- and multiple-station smoke alarms Listed single- and multiple- station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72. This includes grading and drainage, sidewalks and driveways, weeds, and pest infestations. (IPMC 302) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Decking need replaced where decayed wood exists. Railings and supports not affixed to over hang. Gutters need cleaned. Appearance of mold on exterior ceiling on over hang. Decking unsafe because of slop hazard. FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary state? (IPMC 304) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Garbage and debris. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Floor in bathroom needs replaced. Toilet needs replaced. Tub surround need replaced. Door on bathroom needs replaced. Trim on doors need installed. Kitchen cabinets need repaired. FAIL R6.A. - Interior Structure- Unsafe Conditions Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Sanitary conditions of the unit need attention. FAIL R6.B. - Residential Heating Are dwellings provided with heating facilities capable of maintaining a room temperature of 68F? (IPMC 602.2) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Baseboard heat units need to be in working condition. FAIL R6.C. - Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working condition? (IPMC 603.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Stove needs replaced. FAIL R6.D. - Receptacles Every habitable space in a dwelling shall contain not less than two separate and remote receptacle outlets. Every laundry area shall contain not less than one grounding-type receptacle or a receptacle with a GFCI. Every bathroom shall contain not less than one receptacle. Any new bathroom receptacle shall have GFCI protection. All receptacles shall have the appropriate faceplate cover.
