Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Exterior doors, door assemblies, operating systems, adn hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Front door hardware needs replaced, screen door on rear of house is broken, interior doors do not close and latch. FAIL 2003.7 - Hazardous material storage Hazardous materials shall be stored in accordance with Chapter 50. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Storage of propane tanks in basement. Tanks need removed. FAIL 605.1 - Abatement of electrical hazards Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Outlet in living room not working, light switch in living room not working, Electric panel in basement needs cover secured. ALl light fixtures need globes. FAIL 907.2.11 - Single- and multiple-station smoke alarms Listed single- and multiple- station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Smoke detector is needed in basement and attic/upper level. FAIL 915.4 - Carbon monoxide alarms Carbon monoxide alarms shall comply with Sections 915.4.1 through 915.4.3. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: CO detectors are needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. This includes grading and drainage, sidewalks and driveways, weeds, and pest infestations. (IPMC 302) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Storage of tanks outside in rear yard. Front stairs are to porch need repaired. Front screen door needs repaired. FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary state? (IPMC 304) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Roof, gutters, and sofit area need repaired. Interior walls damaged from leaks. Roof over porch has lifted and water is getting under sheeting. Drip edge has come loose. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Carpet has several areas that are torn and potential for trip hazards. Peeling and abraded paint in kitchen, tube wall needs repaired, and wall by bathroom sink needs repaired. FAIL R6.A. - Interior Structure- Unsafe Conditions Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Plumbing in basement needs repaired. Drain backed up in basement. Sewer gas smell in basement. Potential for mold to start from water damage. Kitchen sink not functioning. Holes in wall under sink needs repaired. Kitchen counter tip needs replaced. Tiles are broken and potential for tenants to cut themselves. GENERAL NOTES BARRY STRATTON - 08/22/2019 @ 10:57 Bathroom sink needs new faucet. Hot water valve does not shut off. Kitchen sink not functioning. All plumbing fixtures shall be maintained in good condition.
