Under emergency power, means of egress illumination shall comply with Section 1008.3. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Egress light has been removed from 1st floor east door. FAIL 1010.1.9 - Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section, egress doors shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Fire Door and back of building missing locking hardware and door does not latch when closing. Building 100 FAIL 1031.3 - Obstructions A means of egress shall be free from obstructions that would prevent its use, including the accumulation of snow and ice. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Buckets and debris in egress path in entryways of building 100 FAIL 907.2.11 - Single- and multiple-station smoke alarms Listed single- and multiple- station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Smoke detector missing in hallway by bedrooms. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? Unit # 122 has damage to sink cabinet, potential mold growth in cabinet from water damage. Cabinet base needs replaced because of water damage. Kitchen cabinets missing drawer fronts. Kitchen cabinets upper units pulling away from wall. Cabinets need removed and replaced. backing and hanging rails not affixed to back of cabinets. Kitchen floor has damage and needs replaced (linoleum). Bathroom floor has water damage by tub and tube seal needs replaced. FAIL R6.A. - Interior Structure- Unsafe Conditions Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Potential for mold to form because of the water damage within building and unit # 122.
