Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: No corrections made. All doors shall function as intended. FAIL 1103.9 - Carbon monoxide alarms Existing Group I-1, I-2, I-4 and R occupancies shall be equipped with carbon monoxide alarms in accordance with Section 915, except that the carbon monoxide alarms shall be allowed to be solely battery operated. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: CO detectors needed in vicinity of bedrooms. FAIL 605.1 - Abatement of electrical hazards Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Electric outlet in upstairs bedroom is wired wrong. Hot/neutral is reversed. All light fixtures shall have proper globes on lights. FAIL 907.2.11 - Single- and multiple-station smoke alarms Listed single- and multiple- station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Smoke detectors needed in each bedroom and outside of the bedrooms. Smoke detectors needed on each level and in basement. FAIL 915.4 - Carbon monoxide alarms Carbon monoxide alarms shall comply with Sections 915.4.1 through 915.4.3. (IPMC 108.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Electric, plumbing, doors, flooring, handrails, leaks in basement, all deficiencies shall be corrected. FAIL R2 - Unsafe Equipment Was the presence of unsafe equipment noted during the inspection? Equipment may include boilers, heating equipment, elevator, moving stairways, electrical wiring, and flammable liquid containers. (IPMC 108.1.2) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Sewer stack needs installed to meet code. PVC in place in between cast pipe. Windows shall be maintained in good condition. Windows shall be capable of being opened and closed. FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary state? (IPMC 304) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Garage needs new garage door and garage needs to be maintained in good repair. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Ceiling in entryway still not repaired. Kitchen floor needs replaced. Kitchen cabinets shall be maintained. Cabinets need drawer fronts and drawers. Peeling paint needs corrected. Windows need repaired. All doors and jambs need repaired. basement door needs replaced. Front and rear door shall be maintained. Replace all broken jambs. Repair all holes in walls. Carpet on stairs needs replaced. Porch ceiling needs replaced. Floor at base of stairs has hole that needs corrected. Handrails needed on all stairs. FAIL R6.A. - Interior Structure- Unsafe Conditions Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Plumbing fixtures in both bathrooms need replaced. Fixtures shall be maintained in good operation condition. bath shower leaks and bathtub leaks into lower level. FAIL R6.C. - Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working condition? (IPMC 603.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Water heater still missing cover. All register covers need to be in place on all vents.
