FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Potential mold growing on basement walls
from water damage. Spray foam being used to seal cracks. Abatement of mold and
seal with mortar instead of spray foam. Bath floor needs replaced. Floor has tiles
missing and sub floor has water damage. Toilet needs re-set on floor. Toilet not
secure and potential for wax ring to fail.

Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Main floor beam in basement has failure.
Need to install post(s) to hold main floor from moving/sinking.
