Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: CO detector is needed in vicinity of the bedrooms. FAIL 1104.13 - Stairway handrails Stairways shall have handrails on at least one side. Handrails shall be located so that all portions of the stairway width required for egress capacity are within 44 inches (1118 mm) of a handrail. Exception: Aisle stairs provided with a center handrail are not required to have additional handrails. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Need handrails installed on basement stairs. FAIL 605.1 - Abatement of electrical hazards Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official. Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Need globes on all light fixtures. Bathroom light needs cover and bulbs. FAIL 907.2.11 - Single- and multiple-station smoke alarms Listed single- and multiple- station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72. Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Smoke detectors are needed in each bedroom, outside of the bedrooms, and in basement. FAIL R1 - Unsafe Structures Is the structure found to be dangerous to the life, health, property or safety of either the public or occupants of the structure? This includes grading and drainage, sidewalks and driveways, weeds, and pest infestations. (IPMC 302) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and sanitary state? (IPMC 304) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Garage will need repaired. Roof, sofit, and boards rotten on garage. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Water heater no permits/inspections for installation FAIL R6.A. - Interior Structure- Unsafe Conditions Were any unsafe conditions noted during the interior inspection?(IPMC 305.1.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen cabinets need repaired. Doors falling off hinges. Holes in floors need repaired. Repair holes in floor. Windows in living room needs repaired/replaced since window will not secure in frame. Window in bathroom the frame/sill is rotten and needs replaced. FAIL R6.C. - Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working condition? (IPMC 603.1) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Water heater installed with out permits. Supply lines not installed to code. Contact licensed plumber to obtain permits and inspections. Have contractor install water heater to code. GENERAL NOTES BARRY STRATTON - 09/12/2019 @ 09:04 Sanitary sewer leaking in basement. Upstairs toilet needs re-set. Floor under bathroom in basement wet.
