STATUS CODE DESCRIPTION
FAIL 1010.1.9 - Door operations Except as specifically permitted by this section, egress doors shall be readily
openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or
effort.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Front door and jamb needs replaced. Door
busted and jamb broken.
FAIL 5704.2.13.2.3 - Out of service
for one year
Above-ground tanks that have been out of service for a period of one year shall be
removed in accordance with Section 5704.2.14. Exception: Tanks within operating
facilities.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Fuel tank and fill tubes/vents will need
removed from basement.
FAIL 605.1 - Abatement of
electrical hazards
Identified electrical hazards shall be abated. Identified hazardous electrical conditions
in permanent wiring shall be brought to the attention of the responsible code official.
Electrical wiring, devices, appliances and other equipment that is modified or
damaged and constitutes an electrical shock or fire hazard shall not be used.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Open electric wires in basement ceiling.
Electric outlets not working in basement.
FAIL 907.2.11 - Single- and
multiple-station smoke
alarms
Listed single- and multiple- station smoke alarms complying with UL 217 shall be
installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72.
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Need smoke detectors in each bedroom
and in basement. All smoke detectors shall be in working condition.
FAIL R2 - Unsafe Equipment Was the presence of unsafe equipment noted during the inspection? Equipment may
include boilers, heating equipment, elevator, moving stairways, electrical wiring, and
flammable liquid containers. (IPMC 108.1.2)

FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Water leaking into basement needs
corrected. Need handrails to basement. Sink in bathroom not draining. Tub leaking
into basement. Windows need to be capable of opening and closing. Broken windows
needs replaced. Front step needs repaired. Rotten window sills need repaired. Fuel
tank and fill tubes/vents need removed from basement.
FAIL R6.C. - Mechanical Eqiupment Are mechanical appliances properly installed and maintained in good working
condition? (IPMC 603.1)
