Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: The rental unit has become unsafe because
of the degree in which the structure is in disrepair and lacks maintenance.
FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and
sanitary state? (IPMC 304)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Roof, Sofit, Facia & gutters need replaced.
The roof and flashing shall be sound, tight, and not have defects that admit rain. Roof
drainage shall be adequate to prevent dampness or deterioration in the walls to the
interior portion of the structure.
