Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Debris is STILL present on rear porch and is
obstructing the egress path.
FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor is STILL NOT replaced. Floors
shall be maintained in a smooth, hard, non-absorbent surface to be capable of being
cleaned. Sub-floor in place and not in a sanitary condition.
