(IPMC 304) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Obstructions in egress path on rear porch. FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305) Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor still not replaced/repaired. Floors shall be maintained in a smooth, hard, non-absorbent surface capable of being cleaned. Current sub-floor not in a sanitary condition. Holes in kitchen ceiling from water leak. Ceiling has water damage. Damaged material all needs removed and replace kitchen ceiling.
