sanitary state? (IPMC 304)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Egress path still blocked by debris. Large
quantities of debris and furniture around property.
FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor still not done. Floors shall be
maintained in good, safe, clean, & sanitary condition. Hole in ceiling still not repaired.
Large water leak coming from upstairs. Ceiling is water damaged and will need
removed and replaced.
GENERAL NOTES
BARRY STRATTON - 06/16/2020 @ 11:30 9-7-6 A(3): Deficiencies still not corrected. Going on 1 year since initial inspection.
Courts are going to be next action for remedy.
