FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and
sanitary state? (IPMC 304)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Debris still blocking egress path at
entrance door. Debris and furniture still scattered throughout property.
FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor now has carpet squares in
place. Floors shall be maintained to be a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface to
permit such floor to be easily kept in a clean and sanitary condition . Large hole in
kitchen ceiling still has not been repaired. Now ceiling is showing signs of more water
damage from leakage from possible an upstairs apartment.
