installed in accordance with Sections 907.2.11.1 through 907.2.11.6 and NFPA 72.

FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor still not replaced. Floors shall
be maintained in sound condition and good repair. Floors shall be maintained to be a
smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface to permit such floor to be easily kept in a clean
and sanitary condition.
