FAIL R5 - Exterior Structure Is the exterior of the structure maintained in good repair, structurally sound and
sanitary state? (IPMC 304)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Still debris on the rear porch area creating
an obstruction in the egress path.
FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor STILL NOT replaced. Floors
shall be maintained in sound condition and good repair. Floors shall be maintained in
a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface to permit such floor to be kept clean and
sanitary. Carpet was in place and removed and now just sub-floor in place.
