Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Obstructions in egress path on rear porch.
Debris and garbage present and today garbage and debris on upper unit stairs and
all over property.
FAIL R6 - Interior Structure Has the interior of the structure and equipment inside been maintained in good
repair, structurally sound, and in a sanitary condition? (IPMC 305)
Inspector: BARRY STRATTON - Comments: Kitchen floor still not repaired/replaced.
Floors shall be maintained. Ceiling has water damage. Hole in ceiling still not
replaced. Damaged material needs removed and replaced in kitchen.
