RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES, TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2021 PIERCE ENFORCER TRIPLE
COMBINATION PUMPER FROM RELIANT FIRE APPARATUS,
INC., OF SLINGER, WISCONSIN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $660,750.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of one (1) 2021 Pierce Enforcer Triple Combination Pumper from Reliant
Fire Apparatus, Inc., of Slinger, Wisconsin, in the amount of $660,750.00, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
