RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO HARRISON TRUCK
CENTERS OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $176,118.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) 2021 FORESTRY AERIAL LIFT TRUCK, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Harrison Truck Centers of Elk Run, Iowa, submitted a bid for the purchase
of one (1) 2021 Forestry Aerial Lift Truck, in the amount of $176,118.00, after public hearing on
July 20, 2020, and is the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of Harrison Truck Centers, submitted in the amount of $176,118.00,
for the purchase of one (1) 2021 Forestry Aerial Lift Truck, is hereby accepted and awarded to
Harrison Truck Centers.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
