RESOLUTION NO. 2020-556
APPROVING APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A MASTER
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTH CROSSING,
LLC, ORIGINALLY EXECUTED JANUARY 25, 2016, TO
EXTEND PROJECT 5 DEADLINE TO DECEMBER 31, 2020,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Master Development Agreement originally executed January 25, 2016, between North
Crossing, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, originally executed on January 25, 2016, for the
redevelopment of the former Logan Plaza into a medical; and retail park atmosphere called North
Crossing be amended extend Project 5 deadline to December 31, 2020, and authorizing the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
