RESOLUTION NO. 2020-557
APPROVING APPROVING A MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
WITH REPUBLIC PARKING SYSTEM, INC., EFFECTIVE
JULY 20, 2020 AND EXPIRING JULY 20, 2021, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $40,000.00 ANNUALLY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Management Agreement with Republic Parking System, Inc., effective July 20, 2020 and
expiring July 20, 2021, in the amount of $40,000.00 annually, be hereby approved, and authorize
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
