RESOLUTION NO. 2020-559
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES,
INC., OF CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, FOR CONSTRUCTION
RELATED SERVICES, IN AND AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$116,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LEVERSEE
SANITARY AND WATER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 987, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 20, 2020, between Clapsaddle-Garber
Associates, Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed
$116,000.00, in conjunction with the Leversee Sanitary and Water Improvement Project,
Contract No. 987, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
