RESOLUTION NO. 2020-540
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $300.00, FROM GUDDI MART,
306 BYRON AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA 50702, FOR
TOBACCO SALE TO MINOR VIOLATION, FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300, dated July 20, 2020, for the
affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation -first offense, between Guddi Mart, 306
Byron Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
