RESOLUTION NO. 2020-543
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED
BY WOODRUFF CONSTRUCTION, LLC, OF WATERLOO
IOWA, AT A TOTAL COST OF $895,190.03 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2019 LINCOLN PARK
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 973, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, Woodruff Construction, LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Lincoln Park Improvements Project, Contract No. 973, and
WHEREAS, Woodruff Construction, LLC, has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the project plans and specifications, at a total cost of $895,190.03.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Woodruff Construction, LLC, at a total cost of $895,190.03, in
conjunction with the FY 2019 Lincoln Park Improvements Project, Contract No. 973, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 2020.
