joined the meeting by telephone.
Moved by Juon seconded by Klein that the Agenda, as proposed,be approved. Voice vote-Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Juon seconded by Klein that the Minutes of June 22, 2020, as proposed, be approved.
Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Klein seconded by Morrissey that the request for the following pre-authorizations to
expend over$1,000.00,be approved.

Police Department $9,240 (24)Avon C50 twin port gas masks from Covid 19
grant funds.
Police Department $,1250 Renewal of Crash Data Retrieval software for the
accident investigations group.
Sewer $4,785.01 (3) CarteGraph CarteFLEX subscriptions, and one
year renewals (August 2020 -July 202 1) for CMOM
and FOG program software.
Traffic Operations $2,001 (100)bags reflectorized glass beads.
Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
Moved by Morrissey seconded by Juon that Bills Payment, as contained in Accounts Payable
Invoice Report, dated June 29, 2020, in the amount of$6,684,750.79 and $1,599,989 for July 1,
2020 to pay for FY2021 insurance premiums, be received, placed on file and approved and
forwarded to the full council for approval. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Juon seconded by Morrissey that
the meeting be adjourned at 5:23 p.m. Voice vote -Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
