RESOLUTION NO. 2012-475
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 7 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 7 dated May 21, 2012, at an
additional cost of $150,600.00, to modify the previous set of
construction plans to split the project into two construction
contracts, and modify the plans near the Canadian National
Railroad crossing, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 U.S. Highway
63 Improvements, Newell Street to Donald Street, Contract No.
790, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2012.
