RESOLUTION NO. 2012-477
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RIVERLOOP
ASSOCIATION PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,
EMPLOYEE LEASING AGREEMENT AND SECOND
AMENDMENT TO PUBLIC THE EXPO MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO EXPO SERVICES CORP.
(WESCO) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the RiverLoop Association Part -Time Employment Agreement,
Employee Leasing Agreement and Second Amendment to the Public
Expo Management Agreement with Waterloo Expo Services Corp.
(Wesco), be and the same are hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2012.
