RESOLUTION NO. 2012-479
RESOLUTION APPROVING OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT WITH
IOWA COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Occupancy Agreement dated May 21, 2012, allowing
property transfer to Iowa Community Credit Union prior to the
credit union relocation to their new site, which is under
construction, by and between Iowa Community Credit Union and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2012.
