RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF FULL HOUSE
PRODUCTIONS DBA SPICOLI'S GRILL 3555
UNIVERSITY AVENUE, FOR VARIANCE TO ORDINANCE
NO. 3094, NOISE ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, Full House Productions dba Spicoli's Grill, 3555
University Avenue, is requesting a variance to the Noise
Ordinance on May 25, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in
conjunction with the Cornstock event to be held in the back patio
area, including a live band and the use of a PA system, and
WHEREAS, said event will exceed the limits of Ordinance No.
3094, Noise Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, said Full House Productions dba Spicoli's Grill,
3555 University Avenue, has made formal application for a
variance to the Noise Ordinance on May 25, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. to
9:00 p.m., together with recommendation of approval of the
Director of Safety Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Full House Productions dba
Spicoli's Grill, 3555 University Avenue, has made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance on May 25, 2012
from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in conjunction with the Cornstock
event to be held in the back patio area, including a live band
and the use of a PA system, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2012.
