RESOLUTION RE -SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND
BID OPENING AS JUNE 11, 2012 FOR THE F.Y. 2012
CHAMBERLAIN DEMOLITION PHASE 3 PROJECT, AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the llth day of June 2012 for the
purpose of holding a public hearing regarding Demolition Services
for the F.Y. 2012 Chamberlain Demolition Phase 3 Project at 550
Esther Street, with the bid opening being June 11, 2012.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
