RESOLUTION NO. 2012-465
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2012
LOGAN AVENUE SIDEWALK PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
782.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer to prepare proposed
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc.,
in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Logan Avenue Sidewalk Project,
Contract No. 782, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Logan Avenue Sidewalk Project,
Contract No. 782, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2012-422 on May 7, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 21,
2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the F.Y.
2012 Logan Avenue Sidewalk Project, Contract No. 782, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2012.
