RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED), AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to IDED Brownfield Redevelopment Program
Contract 09-BRN-07 dated May 29, 2012, to extend completion date
to December 31, 2012, and expiration date to December 31, 2016,
for the Chamberlain Project, by and between the Iowa Department
of Economic Development (IDED) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2012.
