RESOLUTION NO. 2012-530
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY CLERK'S OFFICE
REMODEL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, heretofore instructed the City Clerk of said city to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
City Clerk's office remodel, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said City Clerk did file said specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the City Clerk's office remodel.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, that said proposed specifications,
bid document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the City Clerk's office remodel, in the
city of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2012.
