RESOLUTION NO. 2012-531
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND DATE
OF BID OPENINGH AS JUNE 11, 2012 TO ALLOW THE CITY
CLERK TO SEEK BIDS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CITY
CLERK'S OFFICE REMODEL PROJECT, AND INSTRUCT THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the llth day of June 2012 for the
purpose of holding a public hearing and bid opening for the City
Clerk's Office Remodel Project.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
