RESOLUTION NO. 2012-490
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO MY WATERLOO
DAYS TO HOLD ANNUAL PARADE ON JUNE 1, 2012.
WHEREAS, the My Waterloo Days Commission has made written
application to the City Council asking that they be authorized
and permitted to hold their annual Parade on June 1, 2012, and
WHEREAS, said parade will begin at approximately 6:00 p.m.,
with the parade route starting at the intersection of Park Avenue
and Bluff Street, proceeding north on Park Avenue, east on
Mulberry Street and south on 5th Street to Jefferson Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the My Waterloo Days
Commission to hold their annual Parade on June 1, 2012, beginning
at approximately 6:00 p.m., parade route starting at the
intersection of Park Avenue and Bluff Street, proceeding north on
Park Avenue, east on Mulberry Street and south on 5th Street to
Jefferson Street, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2012.
