RESOLUTION NO. 2012-492
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO MY WATERLOO
DAYS, TO HOLD MY WATERLOO DAYS 5K RUN/WALK
EVENT ON JUNE 2, 2012.
WHEREAS, My Waterloo Days, has made written application to
the City Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to
hold the My Waterloo Days 5K Run/Walk event on June 2, 2012, and
WHEREAS, said event will begin at 9:00 a.m., with the route
beginning and ending at W. 4th Street, including street closures
and barricade needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to My Waterloo
Days, to hold the My Waterloo Days 5K Run/Walk event on June 2,
2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m., with the route beginning and ending
at W. 4th Street, including street closures and barricade needs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2012.
