RESOLUTION NO. 2012-493
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO MY WATERLOO
DAYS, TO HOLD MY WATERLOO DAYS
FIREWORKS/LASER LIGHT SHOW EVENT ON JUNE 2,
2012.
WHEREAS, My Waterloo Days, has made written application to
the City Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to
hold the My Waterloo Days Fireworks/Laser Light Show event on
June 2, 2012, and
WHEREAS, said event will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00
a.m. on the grounds surrounding the Waterloo Regional Airport,
together with recommendation of approval of the Director of
Safety Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to My Waterloo
Days, to hold the My Waterloo Days Fireworks/Laser Light Show
event on June 2, 2012, from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., on the
grounds surrounding the Waterloo Regional Airport.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2012.
