RESOLUTION NO. 2012-498
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
REHABILITATING AIRFIELD ELECTRICAL VAULT AT
THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with Rehabilitating the
Airfield Electrical Vault at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc.
in conjunction with Rehabilitating the Airfield Electrical Vault
at the Waterloo Regional Airport, which were preliminarily
approved by Resolution No. 2012-425 on May 7, 2012, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May
29, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with
Rehabilitating the Airfield Electrical Vault at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2012.
