RESOLUTION NO. 2012-499
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH REHABILITATING THE AIRFIELD ELECTRICAL
VAULT AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2012-498, plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with
Rehabilitating the Airfield Electrical Vault at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
May 29, 2012 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 2012.
