RESOLUTION NO. 2012-511
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO DEBOEF GRINDING OF NEW SHARON,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH GRINDING BRUSH
STOCKPILE AT CITY YARDWASTE SITE, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $34,800.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of DeBoef Grinding of New Sharon, Iowa, in the
amount of $34,800.00, in conjunction with grinding of brush
stockpile at the City Yardwaste Site, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2012-469, after public hearing on May
21, 2012 on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2012.
