RESOLUTION NO. 2012-512
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO.
11 TO ORIGINAL CONTRACT NUMBER 08-DRH-211
WITH THE IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
(IEDA) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Contract Amendment No. 11 to Contract No. 08-DRH-211, dated
May 29, 2012, to decrease the award amount by $525,000.00, by and
between the Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2012.
