RESOLUTION NO. 2012-513
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT NOL
14 TO ORIGINAL CONTRACT NUMBER 08-DRH-011
WITH THE IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
(IEDA) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
CONTRACT AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract Amendment to Contract No. 08-DRH-011, dated May
29, 2012, to increase the award amount by $698,746.00 for Round 4
Single Family New Construction and extending the end ate to April
30, 2014, by and between the Iowa Economic Development Authority
(IEDA) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2012.
