RESOLUTION NO. 2012-516
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
WENDELL LUPKES AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated May 29, 2012, at a cost of $200.00
per year, to bale hay on approximately 19 acres of city -owned
land generally located near the northwest corner of West 4th
Street and West Shaulis Road, by and between Wendell Lupkes of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 2012.
