Motion to receive and file copies of Calls.
NEW BUSINESS
1. $5,835,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2013A
Motion to receive and file proof of publication of Notice of
Sale.
Resolution directing sale of $5,835,000 General Obligation
Bonds, Series 2013A to
Resolution to appoint Wells Fargo Bank, National Association,
of Minneapolis, Minnesota, to serve as Paying Agent, Bond
Registrar, and Transfer Agent; approve the Paying Agent
and Bond Registrar and Transfer Agent Agreement; and
Authorizing the Execution of the Agreement.
Resolution to authorize and provide for issuance of said bonds
and levying a tax to pay said bonds.
Motion to approve the Tax Exemption Certificate.
Motion to approve the Continuing Disclosure Certificate.
2. $6,565,000 General Obligation Bonds, Taxable Series 2013B
Motion to receive and file proof of publication of Notice of
Sale.
Resolution directing sale of $6,565,000 General Obligation
Bonds, Taxable Series 2013B to
Resolution to appoint Wells Fargo Bank, National Association,
of Minneapolis, Minnesota, to serve as Paying Agent, Bond
Registrar, and Transfer Agent; approve the Paying Agent
and Bond Registrar and Transfer Agent Agreement; and
Authorizing the Execution of the Agreement.

3. $1,435,000 General Obligation Refunding Bonds, Taxable
Series 2013D
Motion to receive and file proof of publication of Notice of
Sale.
Resolution directing sale of $1,435,000 (estimated) General
Obligation Refunding Bonds, Taxable Series 2013D to
Resolution to appoint Wells Fargo Bank, National Association,
of Minneapolis, Minnesota, to serve as Paying Agent, Bond
Registrar, and Transfer Agent; approve the Paying Agent
and Bond Registrar and Transfer Agent Agreement; and
Authorizing the Execution of the Agreement.
Resolution to authorize and provide for issuance of said bonds
and levying a tax to pay said bonds; and approval of
Refunding Trust Agreement securing the advance refunding
of General Obligation Bonds, Series 2006B.
Motion to approve the Continuing Disclosure Certificate.
