RESOLUTION NO. 2020-571
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GENERAL SERVICES
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND COLLECTION
SYSTEM OPERATIONS CONSULTING AGREEMENT WITH
STRAND ASSOCIATES OF MADISON, WISCONSIN, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $20,000, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND
COLLECTION SYSTEM OPERATIONS CONSULTING, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the General Services Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection System Operations
Consulting Agreement dated July 27, 2020, between Strand Associates of Madison, Wisconsin,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $20,000, in conjunction with the
Wastewater Treatment Plant and Collection System Operations Consulting, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July 2020.
