AN ORDINANCE VACATING 0.72 ACRES OF EAST
RIDGEWAY AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY, ADJACENT TO
2002-2018 EAST RIDGEWAY AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
A part of the public right of way of East Ridgeway
Avenue, also being a part of the Northeast Fractional
Quarter (NE frl 1-4) of Section Two (2), Township Eighty-
eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, all of the above more particularly
described as follows:
