RESOLUTION NO. 2007-254 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT. WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement of the hereinafter described parcel is for property to be used in conjunction with the F.Y. 2007 U. S. 63/Westfield Avenue Connection, Contract No. 730. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement for the parcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and approved.
