RESOLUTION NO. 2007-254
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PERMANENT
EASEMENT AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement of the hereinafter
described parcel is for property to be used in conjunction with
the F.Y. 2007 U. S. 63/Westfield Avenue Connection, Contract No.
730.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement for
the parcel hereinafter described, all of which is situated in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is accepted and
approved.

That part of Section Seven (7) , Township Eighty-eight
North (T88N) , Range Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Parcel "A" as found in Document No. 2007-03018 of the
Black Hawk County Recorder' s Office
AND
Parcel "B" as found in Document No. 2007-03017 of said
Recorder' s Office.

That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-
three (23) , Township Eighty-nine North (T89N) , Range
Thirteen West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian,

vacated Thompson Avenue, which point is One Hundred
