? RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO COOL 105 . 7
RADIO TO HOLD 4T" STREET CRUISE ON MAY 26,

WHEREAS, Cool 105 . 7 Radio has made written application to the
C�ty Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold
0 4th' Street Cruise on May 26, 2007, and
WHEREAS, said cruise will be held from 12 : 00 noon until 4 : 00
pin. , with cars from the east side traveling from Mulberry Street
aKpross the river on Fourth Street to Bluff Street and returning
oak Park Avenue back to Mulberry Street; cars from the west side
gaveling from Bluff Street across the river on Fourth Street to
K�lberry Street and returning to Bluff Street on Fifth Street and
G
block off the 700 block of Mulberry Street from 10 : 00 a .m. to
shortly after noon for staging.
— NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to Cool 105. 7
Rzidio to hold 4th Street Cruise on May 26, 2007 from 12 : 00 noon
until 4 : 00 p.m. , with cars from the east side traveling from
Mulberry Street across the river on Fourth Street to Bluff Street
and returning on Park Avenue back to Mulberry Street; cars from
the west side traveling from Bluff Street across the river on
Fourth Street to Mulberry Street and returning to Bluff Street on
Fifth Street and to block off the 700 block of Mulberry Street
from 10 : 00 a.m. to shortly after noon for staging.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of April, 2007 .
