"4HEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the

- the:C ty of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
_ ~ WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said_ plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
&Pf:f nate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
ancj cpreliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
