RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F. Y. 2007 SIDEWALK
REPAIR PROGRAM - ZONE 7 AND TRAIL REPAIRS,
CONTRACT NO. 723 .
^WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
lTelmetofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
pXop�sed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the 2007 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 7 and Trail Repairs,
Cor-tzract No. 723, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
r _ WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2007

`which were preliminarily approved on March 5, 2007, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 2,

, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the F. Y. 2007 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone
1� 7and Trail Repairs, Contract No. 723, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2007 .
