AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF LA PORTE
ROAD FRONTAGE ROAD, GENERALLY LOCATED BETWEEN
EASTON AVENUE AND LORRAINE AVENUE IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, as follows:
The East 67 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of Sunkist Addition,
City of Waterloo, Iowa;
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the
following condition:
1. The retention of a utility easement over, under and
upon
the area to be
vacated.
